The experimental test bench is capable of carrying ex situ interfacial contact resistance measurement of metallic bipolar plates of electrochemical devices (electrolyzers and fuel cells). Measurements are performed by applying a direct current between two copper plates using a DC power supply, followed by measuring the voltage with a precision multimeter. Evaluation of conductivity of the sample is performed at different compaction pressures (30-1100 Ncm^-2).
