HYDROMETEC Project Description
HYDROMETEC is a lifelong learning program aiming to educate engineers from industry, scientists at RTOs, as well as undergraduate and postgraduate students about hydrometallurgy.
HydroMetEC offers specialized education in hydrometallurgical processes, benefiting professionals, engineers, and students in raw materials sectors. Through innovative training programs and seminars, it fosters expertise in extracting valuable metals and promotes circular economy principles. (Funded by the EIT RawMaterials under the Grant Agreement 19033).
MONOLITHOS participation role
MONOLITHOS holds a critical position in the project, contributing significantly to the coordination and active involvement in advanced courses and global seminars centered on the ‘Application of Hydrometallurgy in Metals Recycling.’ These initiatives underscore the vital role of responsible metal production and its harmony with circular economy principles. Beyond innovation, their endeavors are fundamental in molding a sustainable future within the industry.
