👩‍🔬👨‍🔬 The PGM nanoparticles were deposited on the surface of the geopolymer substrate following our patented single-step wet-impregnation Prometheus protocol. The catalytic washcoat is embedded on a full-scale catalyst cordierite monolith, ready for installation in a vehicle. Tests under simulated petrol and diesel engine conditions have proven the efficiency of the geopolymer-based catalyst, matching commercial benchmarks.
